    Abstract
    Hasil pengujian analisis jalur atas pengaruh Relationship Marketing terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi Relationship Marketing akan meningkatkan Kepuasan Pelanggan.
