Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tenaga Kerja Wanita Untuk Bekerja Ke Luar Negeri Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2014-2016
Abstract
Indonesia is a country with a large population and a high population growth rate,
often experiencing problems in terms of employment. The limited number of job
opportunities in the country has resulted in large numbers of residents or job
seekers migrating abroad. Indonesia's labor force is divided into two: male and
female labor. The number of men working abroad amounts to 89,059 and the
number of female workers is 145,392 of the total number of Indonesian workers
working overseas larger number of female workers (TKW) working overseas. This
research is aimed to analyze the influence of Poverty, Minimum Wage of Regency
/City, Micro Small Medium Enterprises to Female Workers in Central Java
Province 2014-2016. The method used in this research is panel data with Fixed
Effect approach and is associated with descriptive analysis. Based on the result of
research indicate that poverty variable have a significant positive influence to
female labor force in Central Java Province, minimum wage of Regency / City has
a significant positive effect on female labor force in Central Java Province, and
micro small medium enterprises (UMKM) significantly negatively to labor women
inCentral Java Province.
