dc.description.abstract | This reaserch is intended to understand the influences of income, number
of family dependents, education, gender and age of commuter migration interest
of population in three Sub District Jember Regency. To achieve the objective of
the study, primary data from a sample of 300 respondent is used. The respondents
were the population over 15 years old who did commuter activities from Wuluhan,
Silo, and Bangsalsari Sub District to Jmber City fot work and people who didn’t
do commuter activities or work in Wuluhan, Silo, and Bangsalsari Sub District
areas. The analytical metod used is Binary Logistic Regression. The results show
that the variables od income, number of family dependents, and education level
had significant and positive influence on commuter migration interest of
population in Wuluhan, Silo, and Bangsalsari Sub District Jember Regency.
Gender is a variable that had no significant influence . while age had significant
and negative influence on commuter migration interest of population in Wuluhan,
Silo, and Bangsalsari Sub District Jember Regency. | en_US |
