Therefore the city authorities are required to provide quality
public services, fast, accurate, and inexpensive. Solutions to
provide excellent public services is to build a smart city that can
serve all the needs of the public as well. The purpose of this
paper is to uncover a strategy to build an innovative smart city,
which can assure of services to meet all the needs of the public,
both economic and non-economic sustainable manner, by
learning from the various theories as well as the success story of
a smart city. The results showed that, there needs to be a
comprehensive analysis in order to develop a strategy that is
integrated and complete to build a smart city that is able to
