Student behavior in taking decision for choosing the lecture place is influenced by various factors, both individually and collectively, College, particularly from Private College setting, needs to pay close attention to the various factors in order that not experienced the deeline of registrar amount, The decline of public interest to follow a lecture at Hang Tuah University was happen in 1998-2003, so that the organizer of Hang Tuah University need to seek the causes of the interest decline.
