Abstract

To work on this book is to experience valuable and enlightening process which allow our team to evolve academically and to work with many brilliant people and sources. Upon the completion of this book, we are indebted to these following people and institutions: Our deep gratitude is extended to the ministry of research, technology, and higher education of Indonesia for the 3-long-year of funding.
