Abstract

Istana Tidar Regency Housing ever experienced failure and success in the business of housing in Jember Regency. This research aimed to uncover the causes of failure of Istana Tidar Regency housing developer in implementing business strategy oriented to Market Based View in housing business in Jember Regency. This research also aimed to reveal the successful implementation of business strategy of Istana Tidar Regency developer oriented to Resource Based View in developing an environmentally and economically sound housing n Jember Regency.
