dc.description.abstract | This research aim to identify and know about: (1) The factors which estimated by consumer of candidate of collective pilgrimage to Mecca (CJH) in taking decision to deposit BPIH through BNI bank branch of Sumenep; (2) to know the strongest influence factor toward attitude CJH consumer in taking decision to deposit BPIH. That factors are personal, process, promotion, location, service and facility as free variable and attitude of CJH consumer as tight variable. To analyze consumer attitude use model: Multiple attribute Attitude Model which say that consumer satisfied determined by weight of factor (i) time by difference of consumer ideal to factor (i) by consumer conviction to factor (i). Calculating of measuring scale use Linked scale by five-evaluation category which each of that qualified by gives weight. Research population of collective pilgrimage to Mecca candidate who deposit BPIH at BNI branch of Sumenep in 2001. Research subject is CJH consumers who include various group of education, trader, civil servant and private worker. Research object is attitude of CJH consumer towards bargaining factors in deposit BPIH by BNI branch Sumenep. Determination sample taken by questioner that gives to 120 respondent, 20 respondent of 120 respondent taken for testing research instrument among others test by use validity test with moment product technique from Karl Pearson and reliability test. From result of research show that this research instrument is valid. That is r statistically value bigger than r table and another analysis instrument show reliable or believable by use SPSS 10 program that are reliability analysis Scale (ALPHA) and so MAM (Multiatribute Attitude Model) show attitude of CJH consumer is positive towards bargained factor by BNI branch Sumenep. The main factor that estimated by CJH to deposit BPIH is location factor. | en_US |
