PERBEDAAN SIKAP SISWA SEBELUM DAN SETELAH DILAKUKAN PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TENTANG KEBERSIHAN DIRI DI SDN PATEMPURAN 2 KALISAT KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract

Personal hygiene is one of student problems at SDN Patempuran 2 Kalisat Jember Regency because it has not been given by health education. Positive attitude is a basic of positive behavior to do Personal hygiene. The purpose of this research is to identify the difference attitude before and after having a health education of personal hygiene. The design of this research is pre-experimental design by conducting one group pretest and posttest. The population of this research is 254 respondents and the sample is 45 respondents at third class. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is used for data analysis. The Research results that there is an increasing number of positive attitudes. From 46,7%(21students), it enhances about 82,2%(37 students) after having a health education by lecturing and discussion method. P value with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is 0,0001 which is less than α (0,05). The conclusion of this research is that Ho is refused. It means that there is a difference result of giving a health education of personal hygiene at SDN Patempuran 2 Kalisat Jember Regency.
