ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUK GENTENG BETON PADA CV. MULTI BANGUNAN

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the level of damage to the concrete tile products and take remediation efforts against factors that cause damage / disability concrete tile. The method used is quantitative descriptive. Sources of data in this study were taken from data on the number of product samples and the amount of concrete tile tile products are defective/broken during the month of April 2016. The method used to analyze the quality of the concrete tile product (in this study only focused on the concrete tile with type Garuda 11 ) is a Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). With this method will be obtained tingat damage/disability and the highest RPN value of the product quality concrete tile
