Priority determination model for diversion headworks rehabilitation based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is tested on
fixed-diversion headworks under the authority of local governments at Irrigation UPT (Unit of Technical Implementation) of Kalisat with service
area 3449 Ha. A review of priority determination model for diversion headworks rehabilitation based on AHP method shows: (i) the condition
weight of the diversion headworks component based on AHP method are weir (39.4591%), guide banks (15.3542%), canal head regulator
(11.4412%), marginal bunds (11.2638%), measurement structure (11.1269%), undersluice structure (6.23154%), stilling basin (2.6490%), and
sediment basin structure (2.4744%) with consistency ratio are 7.6% (<10%); (ii) the function weight of the diversion headworks component based
on AHP method are weir (39.6998%), guide banks (15.4915%), canal head regulator (14.2897%), measurement structure (10.8678%), dike
(9.0437%), undersluice structure (6.0495%), sediment basin structure (2.3309%), and stilling basin (2.2270%) with consistency ratio are 6.4%
(<10%); (iii) testing the priority determination model for diversion headworks rehabilitation based on AHP method is equal with the priority
determination model for diversion headworks rehabilitation based on waterkeeper assesment, the Spearman correlation coefficient value is
0.863445 and Z count is 5.034708
