ANALISIS DISKRIMINAN DALAM MEMPREDIKSI LOYALITAS SISWA PADA LEMBAGA BIMBINGAN BELAJAR SAVEEND INDONESIA DI JEMBER
Abstract
Loyalty student tutoring agencies in the last five years should be re-examined
because currently most widespread tutoring institutions that claim to be a solution
to help students who have difficulty in learning at school. This study aims to
analyze the differences in behaviour between students who are loyal and disloyal
to the LBB Saveend Indonesia in Jember and to identify and evaluate variables
that are able to distinguish between the behaviour of students who are loyal and
disloyal to the LBB Saveend Indonesia in Jember by using descriptive analytical
method and discriminant analysis method. The results of this study indicate that
the variable process and pricing are able to distinguish between students who are
loyal and disloyal to the LBB Saveend Indonesia in Jember.
