Abstract
THE RESULT SHOWS THAT THE USE OF INDIVIDUAL PICTURE COULD IMPROVE WRITING SKILL OF THE FIRST YEAR STUDENTS OF SLTP I PANARUKAN SITUBONDO IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 1999-2000, AND THEIR LEARNING PARTICIPATION COUD GET INCREASED AT THE END OF CYCLE TWO.
