Abstract
Credit Unions Artha Tunggal Makmur Banyuwangi trying to improve the

and organizational culture so that members of the cooperative are

Bank Mandiri and Bank BRI for storing things. This effort is done because of the

Banyuwangi. Each member of the cooperative should be given the ease of buying
on credit by way of payment by installments lightly. So that members do not have
objections to repay the goods purchased from the cooperative. In addition

items required by the members so that members are more interested in meeting

advantage of these savings at times when members do not have the money. Credit
