Abstract
Women in group sugarcane farmers have the potential to develop traditional foods as a business product with high potential economic value. The problem is people do not have the skills to make traditional snacks qualified health, taste, packaging, and price, as well as marketing management. This activity is carried out by the method of training, mentoring, and employment aid equipment. The results are presented as follows. Through training, the community managed to make four traditional food products, namely “lapis lentik gulung ala mocaf”, steak tomato flavor, healthy noodles (with extra vegetables and purple yam), and purple yam ice cream. Through marketing management training, some participants interested in developing traditional food business. Constraints faced psychological and technical. Interpreneurship a mindset and behavior patterns. Continuous mentoring needed to establish this interpreneurship.
