Rs is a homologous protein located at APC membrane cell work as a functional receptor to activate leucocyte lead to induce innate immune response against pathogenic agent. Functional receptor is associated with kinase response to produce cytokine and microbidal substance. The aim of this study is to examine the role of TLRs on innate immunity. It is concluded that the role of TLRs is important functional receptor which activate leucocyte to induce innate immune response or an inflammatory response against pathogenic agent.en_US
