dc.description.abstractThe research is conducted to analyze of the influence of organizational culture, job satisfication and emotional Quotion to employees’performance through Organizatonal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as intervening variable. The author took 121 respondents which consisted of teachers and employees in Al-Furqan Foundation, Jember. The result shows that organization culture, job satisfication and emotional quotion has positive and significant influence againts employees performance through OCB as intervening variable. OCB has a positive and significant influence againts employees’performance. The findings obtained is emotional intelligence has no effect againts directly. but has a positive and significant influence againts performance through OCB. Other findings is that job satisfication gives the greatest influence againts performance directly or not directly by taking an additional role called OCB. Meanwhile, the analysis technique use in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).en_US
