The samples of this study were 23 patients. The results indicate that patients aged 20-24 years old (7,69%) patients, aged 25-29 years old (11,54%) patients, aged 30-34 years old (26,92%) patients, aged 35-39 years old (30,77%) patients, aged 40-44 years old (7,69%) patients and aged > 45 years old (15,38%) patients. Based on the results of Mann-Whitney test was known that effectiveness of insulin based on random blood glucose levels with insulin rapid-acting and short-acting is sub-cutaneous do not have significant differences. From the test was known that mean value for Actrapid greater than Novorapid (8,20 > 5,75). Furthermore, mann-whitney test can also be seen in the output where the small Z statistic value is -0.990 and sig.2-tailed value is 0.3220> 0.05. The results test was not significant statistically and Null Hypothesis occurs where there are no differences effectiveness between Actrapid and Novorapid. | en_US |
