dc.description.abstract | According to the traditional view, state development is an effort to increase per-capita income, aimed at improving the life quality of the community through education, economy, and health. This research aims to analyze how and how much influence the dependent variables of poverty, unemployment, economic growth, and health budgets affecting the quality of human resources presented by Human Development Index (HDI). Analyzing tools of this research uses multiple linear regressions with Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results showed the negative impact of Poverty and variable significantly affected the quality of Human Resources in east java, the variable is positive and significant effect of Unemployment, Economic Growth variable effect is negative and not significant to the quality of Human Resources in east java. | en_US |
