ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN, DAN KEBIJAKAN DEVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia )

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy on firm value, based on a sample by using purposive sampling, acquired 33 manufacturing companies sampled. Data used in the study is a secondary data from annual financial reports and stock price information from each of a sample of manufacturing firms between 2010-2012. Ata ananlisis technique used is multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS processing. The results showed that the negative effect of investment decisions, and no significant influence funding decisions. While the dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value.
