Pengaruh Pengawasan Melekat Terhadap Efektifitas Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan Di SMP Negeri 9 Jember
Abstract
This research was intended to determine the effect of inherent supervision of the effectiveness of educational
personnel performance at SMP Negeri (State Junior High School) 9 Jember. This research used quantitative
approach and associative research type. Data collection used questionnaires. The sampling technique applied
saturation sampling technique (census). While data analysis method used Spearman Rank and measurement used
Likert scale with 3 scale levels. The hypothesis that there was a correlation between inherent supervision and the
effectiveness of educational personnel performance at SMP Negeri 9 Jember was proven. It was shown from the
calculation of the correlation between two variables X and Y scoring 0.943. In the critical value table of Spearman
rank, value in the table for sample size of 43 with a significance level of 0.5% (2-way test) showed the number of
0.208. This can mean that the rs statistic was higher than rs table or 0.943 > 0.208, so it can be said that this
research rejected the null hypothesis (Ho) and accepted the working hypothesis (Ha) which means that there is a
relationship between the inherent supervision of the leader (principal) and the effectiveness of educational personnel
performance at SMP Negeri 9 Jember. Furthermore, the results of t tests obtained value of 18.2246. The results were
compared with t table (table B) with db = N-2 and the significance level of 95 % equal to 2.021. From the result, it
can be seen that the result of t statistic was higher than t table, that is, 18.22461>2.021. Thus, there is a significant
relationship between inherent supervisory of the leader (principal) and the effectiveness of educational personnel
performance at SMP Negeri 9 Jember
