dc.description.abstract | The existence of human resources in a company plays a very important role. Human resources have a great potential to run
activities. The potentials of human resources in the company should be utilized as well as possible, so they can provide
optimal results. The achievement of the goals set by a company depends not only on modern equipment, facilities and
infrastructure but even on humans who carry out the works. The success of a company is highly influenced by the individual
performance of employees.
The population in this research was employees at PT. BPR (People’s Credit Bank) Willis Putra Utama Banyuwangi.
The sampling technique used was total population, in total of 55 respondents. Data analysis methods used included test
instrument, test classical assumption, and hypothesis testing. The research results showed that the provision of benefits and
incentives affected the performance of employees. Meanwhile, the hypothesis testing separately used T-test T. The results
showed that Tstatistic was significant on Ttable. Thus, the benefits and incentives affected employee performance. In fact, the
dominantly affecting variable on performance was incentive. The conclusion of this research was that there was a significant
effect of the variables of benefits and incentives on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The incentive
was the dominantly affecting variable on the performance of employees. | en_US |
