dc.description.abstract | Every employee who works certainly needs the support of people at his surroundings. However, not all employees get this.
Employees who work are also in need of appropriate stimulus, so they have better performance. This study was aimed to
examine and analyze the effect of social support and incentives on employee performance at KUD (Village Unit
Cooperative) Tri Jaya Sraten Banyuwangi Regency. Based on the background and formulation of the problems, this
research is classified as an explanatory research. The research population was all employees of KUD Tri Jaya Sraten with
total of 50 people. This research used the research population method (census) in which the research objects were all
employees of KUD Tri Jaya Sraten Banyuwangi Regency. This research used two types of data resources, namely primary
data and secondary data. The primary data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires. While the secondary data
were obtained from articles, journals, and the Internet. Variables used were three variables; two independent variables and
dependent variable. Data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear
regression calculation, it could be seen that social support affected positively and significantly on the employee
performance by 0.418, while incentives gave a positive and significant effect on the employee performance by 0.407. This
showed that the employee performance was simultaneously affected by social support and incentives by 0.555 or about
55.5%. This research showed that social support and incentives strongly and significantly affect employee performance of
KUD Tri Jaya Sraten Banyuwangi Regency. | en_US |
