| dc.description.abstract | This research was intended to describe the process of service of Poor Statement Letter (SPM) issuance in
Singotrunan Village, District of Banyuwangi, Banyuwangi Regency. This research used descriptive designed with
qualitative approach. The research object was the analysis of Poor Statement Letter (SPM) issuance. The research
location was at Singotrunan Village Office, District of Banyuwangi, Banyuwangi Regency. Research informants
were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research used primary data and
secondary data. The primary data were collected by interview and observations, whereas the secondary data were
gained by documentation and library study. The research results showed that the implementation of the SPM
issueance in Singotrunan Village had been in line with the provisions of the East Java Governor dated 13 April 2010
No. 440/5370/031/2010. In addition, the process of administering SPM in Singotrunan Village was not complicated. | en_US |
