Hubungan Faktor Individu dengan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Tegalsari Kabupaten Banyuwangi
Abstract
This research was aimed to identify the relationship between individual factor and the performance of employees at
the Tegalsari District Office, Banyuwangi Regency. Variables proposed were one independent variable and one
dependent variable. Individual factor was an independent variable, while the performance of employees was
dependent variable. The type of research was associative in the form of causal relationships with quantitative
method. Sampling technique used was saturation sampling or census, which means that all members of the
population were involved as samples. The data collection technique used primary data and secondary data. Primary
data were obtained by interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data were analyzed using documentation
analyzed using Rank Spearman Correlation. The research results showed that there was a significant relationship
between individual factor and the performance of employees at Tegalsari District Office, Banyuwangi Regency.
