PENINGKATAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP DALAM MENCIPTAKAN LAPANGAN KERJA DAN MENGURANGI TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN

Abstract

This research is held to analyze whether the improvement of entrepreneurship can be one of efforts to create job opportunity and decrease unemployment rate in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive research. In the beginning, it describes number of population and unemployment in Indonesia and the next stage it studies the improvement of entrepreneurship in society related to creating ideas and motivation to be an entrepreneur. Based on the stages it can be analyzed the improvement of entrepreneurship can help the government to create job opportunity and decrease unemployment rate. It is fact that formal sector offer limited job opportunity so it is good for the government to cooperate with the entrepreneur to create job opportunity in informal sector. It can be hardly avoidable, this effort need high motivation and commitment. Not only the government but also stakeholder has the responsibility to decrease unemployment rate.
