| dc.description.abstract | caused problems relating to physical health that associated with a disability.
Clients leprosy with disability can prevent with health care unit. These research
done by observational analytic. Design of collecting data is obseravation the level
of disability and questionner of family care function. The responden who get
MDT treatment in Jenggawah health centers and clinics Tempurejo 17 client is
leprosy. Based on research conducted got that family clients leprosy (64,7%)
exercising the functions of health care a good family and clients leprosy (70,6%)
with zero degree of disability. Statistic show relation of familiy care function and
degree of disability clients leprosy with technique of chi square by p value (0,028)
< α. The results of research is expected to be the basis of promotional programs,
prevention, and leprosy protection in Indonesia by integrating model intervention
Community Health Nursing and involving the related agencies in communities
