dc.description.abstractThe production of the silver industry in Lumajang over the last five years has increased by 329 342 618 000 growth with an average increase of 34 512% per year. The number of workers absorbed in the silver industry in Lumajang over the last five years tend to be fixed (constant) with an average increase of labor per year at 4:49%. The elasticity of employment in the silver industry in Lumajang is inelastic, that is equal to 0:13%. This means that the increase in the amount of 1% of output will cause an increase in the number of workers at 0:13%. the labor variable has a value of 2.413065 t-test with a probability value of 0.1372, then the probability of t-count is greater than sinifikansi level α = 5% which means that the variable labor has a negative value and have no effect.en_US
