Implementasi Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan: Implikasinya pada Model Pengembangan Strategi Perusahaan di masa Depan
Abstract
This research aims  to develop  the framework  of a new theory  in  the field  of business  ethics policy  and  busniess  so  it  will  give  great  contributions  to  the development of scientific knowledge both. The collection of data using the method of observation, in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), and documentation. Methods   of  analysis  used  data  using  a  phenomenological  perspective.   The findings   in  this study  showed a few  things,  namely  (1) CSR Programme  is a strategic program  that became the domain of corporate level decision (PTPN) is not  on  the  level  of  business  units  (sugar  mill);  (2)  CSR  Strategy  cannot  be attached on the formulation  of the strategy of the sugar factory  but it will happen at the level of the Corporation (PTPN); (3) the contribution of research shows that at the level of sugar factories  strategic decisions can not be done so also run operations in CSR is not optimal due to the authority for it at the level of PTPN.
