HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI PERAWAT DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN ORANG TUA SELAMA PROSES HOSPITALISASI ANAK DI RUANG RAWAT INAP PAVILIUN MELATI RSU dr. H. KOESNADI BONDOWOSO
Abstract
Satisfaction levels of Parents are feeling parent level after comparing of nursing
care received by the expectation of the fulfillment of nursing the service. Level of
customer satisfaction is influenced by internal factors and external factors, which
include nurse communication into external factors. Purpose of this study was to
analyze the Correlation Between Nurses Communication with the Parent’s
Satisfactory Level During the Child’s Hospitalization in the Inpatient Unit Melati
Pavilion RSU dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. Research design used an descriptive
analytic, with a cross-sectional approach. Population in this study were 133
pediatric patients with total sample got 56 parents of children. Parental
characteristics data analysis using univariate analysis, where as for nurses
communication and satisfaction level of parents using the chi-square test with
α significance level of 5%. Descriptive data analysis nurse communication is
known that as many as 31 respondents (55.4%) nurses communicate well enough
and as many as 25 respondents (44.6%) nurses communicate well. Descriptive
data analysis of satisfaction level of parents obtained a total of 24 respondents
(42,9%) had a high satisfaction rate and a total of 32 respondents (57,1%) had a
moderate level of satisfaction. Results showed that p value = 0.003 with
α significance level of 0.05, so that Ha is accepted, which means there was a
