PERBEDAAN TINGKAT KUALITAS DOKUMENTASI PROSES KEPERAWATAN SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PENERAPAN NANDA-I, NIC, DAN NOC DI RUANG ANTHURIUM RS PTPN X JEMBER
Abstract
The implementation of standardized nursing language is viewed as critical in the
healthcare industry for quality of care because this allows for enhancing the
quality of documentation and the efficiency of nursing data management. Among
some standardized nursing language, NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC are used in many
settings as a means of more effectively communicating among nurses. The
purpose of the study is to identify differences nursing documentation quality level
between before and after NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC implementation. A pre
experiment design with one group pretest-postest approach was used to address
research question. The population is all nurses at Anthurium room PTPN X
Jember hospital. Sampling technique using total sampling is amount 28 nurses.
The documentation quality level before NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC implementation
within medium category (83,9%), whereas the documentation quality level after
NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC implementation within good category (57,1%) and
medium category (42,9%). Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed that p
value=0,0001. In significancy 95% (α=0,05), it mean p<α. In conclusion, there is
differences nursing documentation quality level between before and after
NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC implementation.
