EVALUASI PENATALAKSANAAN IMUNISASI DPT-HB DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS WRINGIN KECAMATAN WRINGIN KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Abstract

Evaluation of immunization, aims to provide an assessment of immunization activities with the procedures that have been set. This research is descriptive with cross sectional approach, the population is 26 officers. The results showed that at this stage of preparation there are 62% officers do not carry a safety box, 77% of officers not carry extension (posters/leaflets), 22% of officers do not carry a cohort/register and 77% immunization officers do not carry a anafilaktik KIT. Stage of implementation of immunization there are 62% officers who only took 2 cool pack, 23% of the officers did not check the label of the vaccine and the condition of the VVM, 85% of the officers gave no opening hours on the label of the vaccine. And there are 15% of officers in the ministry did not specify the age of immunization and the status of immunization. The final stage of activity, there is a 15% officers who did not return the rest of the vaccines to Primary Health Center, 69% of officers do not clean the vaccine carrier and 77% of officers did not report the immunization activities have been implemented to Korim (Coordinator of immunization).
