dc.description.abstract | The service performance at RSUD Dr. H. Moh. Anwar Sumenep could also affected
by performance of nurses that indicated not achieve yet to standard, such as
discharge against medical advice number in 2011 was 13,83% and in 2012 was
13,17% and there were 8 complaint about service of nurse from 15 complaint at
inpatient room in 2012. Organization factors such as leadership, job design, and
incentive are determinant of them. The objective of study was to analyze correlation
between organization factors with performance of nurses. This study was analytical
by cross sectional approach. Sample was chosen by proportional random sampling
technique, which is 92 nurses. The data was analyzed by Spearman Rank correlation
test (α = 5%). The result of study has shown that there was correlation between
performance of nurses by leadership (p = 0,011) and incentive (p = 0,001). The
conclusion was there correlation between leadership and incentive by performance of
nurses, while the job design was not show of correlation by performance of nurses. | en_US |
