Abstract
The purpose of this research was to find influence of transformational leadership
and transactional leadership to work motivation and employee’s job performance
at cooperatives and small and medium enterprises service employee’s of Jember.
Variables of this researh were transformational leadership (X

), work motivation (Z) and employee’s job performance (Y). This
research using population method and 41 person as the sample and path analysis
as the data analysis method. Level of significant use 5% with classical
assumptions test and hipotheses test. Result of the research found transformational
leadership had positive and significant influence to work motivation, transactional
leadership had positive and significant influence to work motivation,
transformational leadership had positive and significant influence to employee’s
job performance, transactional leadership had positive and significant influence to
employee’s job performance and work motivation had positive and significant
influence to employee’s job performance. From the result of this research, it could
be conclude that the hypotheses were significant
