dc.description.abstract | This study uses descriptive explanatory, which is a type of research that
seek to influence length of employment, age, education, number of dependents,
and the outpouring of hours worked on labor productivity in the tobacco
processing part sorting PT. G.M.I.T in Jember. either simultaneously or partially
and to determine which variables are dominant. The research method, the
sampling is done by Simple Random Sampling by 53 respondents. the objective
of the research study were part of the labor sorting tobacco processing in PT.
G.M.I.T in Jember Orphanage Warehouse Warehouse Klompangan and includes
two nearby Warehouse District and the District Jenggawah Panti. The analysis
used is Linear Regression. The test results in this study, with the F-test statistics
show that the old work, age, education, number of dependents, and the outpouring
of hours of work and the positive effect on productivity singnificant. Variable
hours of work flow is the most dominant variables affect the level of income. RSquared
value is equal to 0.799% or 79%, while the remaining 21% is influenced
by other factors outside the study. and the Classical Assumptions Test results,
proved that there are no problems Multicollinearity, Heteroskidastity,
autocorrelation, and have normal distribution. | en_US |
