dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine the influence of wages in the goal area, marital
status, age, education, family support, and the number of family dependents to the
interests of former labor Jatiroto Subdistrict of Lumajang Regency working to Bali
partially. This research uses descriptive comparative method. The unit of analysis are
former workers who had worked in Bali. This research was conducted at Jatiroto
Subdistrict of Lumajang Regency in September of 2013. The population is as much as
84 respondents and a sample of 25 respondents by using snowball sampling method.
The data used are primary and secondary data. Type of data used is the cross section
data. Analysis tool used is the Logistic Regression Model. Results of this reserch
indicate that in partial wages in the goal area, marital status, age, and family support
variables significantly influence interest former labor variable to work into Bali.
While education and number of family variables dependents had no significant effect
on the variable interest former labor to work to Bali. This is indicated by the value of
the variable count probability wages in the goal area of 0,0444, 0,0437 for marital
status, age at 0,0890, and family support 0,0984 < of probability critical value
(10%). While the value of the variable count probability of education 0,8693 and
number of family dependents at 0,1279 > critical value of probability (10%). | en_US |
