dc.description.abstractJob Shop scheduling is generally described as a case in which a job is processed in a limited number of machines. One algorithm that can be used to solve the problem of Job Shop is Artificial Immune System (AIS) algorithm. The purpose of this article is to apply the AIS algorithm in the Job Shop and to make the program AIS algorithm for solving Job Shop with PHP programming language. This methods begins as the follwing steps; first, processing data sequence of machines and processing time; second, draging them randomly; third, making a program based on algorithms using the PHP programming language and finally, finding optimal schedules. The results showed that the AIS algorithm can be used to complete the Job Shop scheduling so as to obtain a schedule with optimal makespan.en_US
