HUBUNGAN ANTARA PROFIL BUDAYA ORGANISASI (MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN COMPETING VALUES FRAMEWORK) DENGAN KINERJA ORGANISASI PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN JEMBER TAHUN 2012
Abstract
Community Health Center (CHC) is a technical execution unit of District Health
Office which is very important in society because CHC is the spearhead of health
development. Organizational performance of CHC in Jember Regency 2012 was very
low. One of the factors that affects the organizational performance is organizational
culture. The study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture
profile (using Competing Values Framework approach) with organizational
performance of CHC in Jember Regency 2012. The study is an analytical research
with cross sectional approach. The determination of sample using proportionate
stratified random sampling technique, with the amount of sample is 33 CHC (723
respondents). Analysis of data in this study use Lambda correlation statistic test
(α=0,05). The result of the study showed that the dominant organizational culture
type of CHC on the situation currently located in hierarchy culture 78,79%, clan
culture 12,12%, market culture 9,09%, and adhocracy culture 0%. Whereas there are
57,58% CHC that expect clan culture will be its culture, hierarchy culture 27,27%,
market culture 12,12%, and adhocracy culture 3,03%. The result of Lambda
correlation statistic test showed that there is a significant relationship between
organizational culture with organizational performance of CHC in Jember regency
(0,045 < α) and the rate of lowering error is 62,50%. CHC should start initiating the
change of organizational culture with the support of District Health Office that aims
to improve organizational performance.
