ANALISIS PENGHASILAN KELUARGA PADA SEKTOR INDUSTRI KERAJINAN PERAK DI DESA PULO KECAMATAN TEMPEH KABUPATEN LUMAJANG

Abstract

Lumajang Regency is one of regencies which are famous for Silver Industry Center. Silver industrial center in Pulo Village, District of Tempeh, Lumajang Regency has quality silver handcraft well-known domestically and abroad because it is supported by qualified human resources. This research was intended to determine the partial and simultaneous effects and the most affecting variable of factors of Work Experience, Work Hours, Age, and Number of Dependents on Family Income in Silver Handicraft Industry in Pulo Village, District of Tempeh, Lumajang Regency. The method used in this research used simple random sampling and analytical tools in this research used multiple linear regression consisting of F-test and t-test and classical assumption test including heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test. Based on the analyses, it was found that variables of Work Experience, Work Hours, age, and number of dependents had significant effects on Family Income in Silver Handcraft Industry in Pulo Village, District of Tempeh, Lumajang Regency. The existence of silver industry sector in Pulo village, District of Tempeh, Lumajang Regency is one concrete manifestation of public awareness of the importance of small industry in improving the villagers’ living standard.
