PERBEDAAN TEKANAN DARAH SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH DILAKUKAN DIET RENDAH GARAM PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SILO II KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract
hypertension is one of point that becomes a problem of cardiovascular disease
almost every year. The habitual of eating food with excessive salt levels can cause
increased blood pressure in patients with hypertension. high prevalence of
hypertension in the work area due to clinic silo II high consumption of salt in the
silo II society we need a study to determine differences in blood pressure before
and after low-salt diet in patients with hypertension in the work area in Jember
district health center II silo. using pre-experiment: one group pretest - posttest for
methoding of research design and located in the territory of the district health
center II silo with a sample of 120 people and 81 people given a low-salt diet
intervention. test results using the dependent t-test p value is 0.001 which can be
concluded that there are significant differences between blood pressure before
and after low-salt diet in patients with hypertension in the working area of the
district health centers muddy Silo II.
