dc.description.abstractHypertermia is a symptom that appears on almost disease. Handling is very important to avoid the occurrence of complications, especially in infants. Training of cadres is an important way in improving their knowledge and skills to community health improvement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in skill level to caring toddler with hipertermi before and after training in group Sukamakmur posyandu cadres in Ajung, Jember. The study design that used was pre experimentally with One group pre test-post test design and with cross-sectional research approach method. Measuring devices used in this study is the observation sheet to measure the skill level cadres after a toddler with hipertermi. Data collection assisted by a number of observers with research objectives Maternal and Child Health Centre cadres in the working area Sukamakmur Village. The sampling technique that used was purposive sampling with amount of the sample were 30 people. Calculation of statistical tests with Wilcoxon test found significant p value 0,000 with data significant used estimation interval 95% CI. The result shows that there was a difference of caring toddler with hipertermi before and after training (p value: 0,000). In the future, cadre can improving their ability to caring toddler with hipertermi so cadre can do their role as a public health server.en_US
