PENGARUH TERAPI AKTIVITAS KELOMPOK (TAK) TERHADAP GANGGUAN CITRA DIRI KLIEN KUSTA PADA KELOMPOK PERAWATAN DIRI (KPD) CAHAYA DI PUSKESMAS JENGGAWAH JEMBER

Abstract

Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae bacteria which can lead to permanent disability. Disability leprosy can lead to impaired self image client leprosy. Therapy activity group (TAG) Stimulation Perception self concept (self image) is one method of improving a person's self image. This study aimed to determine the effect of (TAG) Stimulation Perception self concept (self image) on the client's self image problems of leprosy in Self Care Group (SCG) using pre-experimental method (one-posttes prettes Group). The population in this study were 27 respondents and the number of samples 10 people. Using data analysis with Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that there was a significant influence of (TAG) Stimulation Perception self concept (self image) disorder. This indicated by the results of Wilcoxon p value 0.005, p value < 0.05, meaning that there is significant influence from the influence of group activity therapy against leprosy client's self image disturbances in KPD Cahaya in Puskesmas Jenggawah Jember. Theraphy activity group usefuly to increasing the self image leprosy client object.
