PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT. TEMPU REJO GUDANG TEMBAKAU KECAMATAN MAYANG KABUPATEN

Abstract

The study, entitled "The Effect of Leadership and Work Environment the Employees Achievement PT. Tempu Rejo Tobacco Warehouse Kecamatan Mayang Kabupaten Jember "aims to analyze the positive influence of leadership style and work environment on job performance at PT. Tempu Rejo Tobacco Warehouse District Mayang Jember. The population in this study are all direct labor PT. Tempu Rejo. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling so that the sample of 60 respondents specified. This research uses confirmatory research. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. The independent variable in this study is the style of leadership (X1) and work environment (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance. Based on the results obtained information that the leadership style variable (X1) partially have a positive influence on employees 'performance (Y) and the work environment variables (X2) partially have a positive effect (X2) on employees' performance (Y). While leadership style variable (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive influence on employees' performance(Y).
