PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN LUMAJANG
Abstract
This research aims to know the impact of organization culture and
organization commitment for employee’s motivation and performance in the
Office of Population and civil registry of Lumajang. Respondents in this
research are all the official 2012 civil servants. The data used is primary data
from the questionnaires. Analysis data used in this research is path analyst
which is development from regression analysis. This research uses SPSS 17 for
windows. From this research can be concluded that variable dimension from
every hypothesis testing has positive results directly between dependent
variable from independent variable or through intervening variable. It shows
that independent variables have influence significant to intervening variable
and dependent variable.
