    Abstract
    Clinical Pathology Laboratory Services at the hospital are the services that need special attention regarding occupational safety and health hospitals therefore have a higher risk for accidents. Workers at the Laboratory of Clinical Pathology should always learn and detect any possible risks arising from work accidents, must constantly improve the awareness and discipline in to keep the rules so as to minimize the risk that will happen.The study was conducted with the aim to analyze the relationship of behavior, the implementation of occupational safety and health management with the occurrence of accidents in clinical pathology laboratory RSD dr. Soebandi Jember This research is a type of observational analytic study. Cross sectional approach used to analyze the relationship of officer behavior predisposing factors / predisposing factors (gender, age, educational level, years of service, knowledge, attitudes), enabling factors / contributing factors (physical environment, availability of facility and Protective Equipment Self), and reinforcing factors / driving factor (social support) with the occurrence of accidents at the Laboratory of Clinical Pathology Dr RSD. Soebandi Jember and also analyze the relationship between the application of safety and health management with the occurrence of accidents at the Laboratory of Clinical Pathology Dr RSD. Soebandi Jember through hypothesis testing. Sampling technique using total sampling. Analysis of the data used in this research is the use of the population of essay or test parameters. The results of this study indicate that there are variables that have a statistically significant relationship and are influenced by the occurrence of accidents at work are the variable age, years of service and the implementation of security and management of health, while the other variables namely, gender, age, years of service, knowledge, attitudes, the physical environment, the availability of facilities and equipment for personal protection, security training and occupational health, safety and health at work is not related to the occurrence of accidents in laboratories
