FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PELAKSANAAN KADARZI PADA KELUARGA NON KADARZI (Studi Kualitatif di Puskesmas Arjasa Kabupaten Jember)

Abstract

Various behaviors and problems of malnutrition will affect nutritional status of family members, especially children under five. One of attempts to improve nutritional problems that occur is the program of Keluarga Sadar Gizi (Kadarzi). Kadarzi has a positive correlation with nutritional status, so that it is necessary to conduct Nutritional Status Monitoring and Kadarzi periodically. This research was to analyze the factor that influenced Keluarga Sadar Gizi (Kadarzi) implementation to non kadarzi families. The research was a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The number of samples in this research was 10 non kadarzi families. Data obtained were then analyzed by using inducsion interpretation -

conceptualization principal process. The research results showed that the factors which influenced the problem of this research are family income, family expenditure for alimentary and non alimentary and also feeding pattern. It is required to build up co-operations among cross-sectors such as Education Department and Family & Welfare Empowerment, which need realization and also empowerment movement of KADARZI. Local government shall doing regular meeting for all kader to work through problem and happening interference at each posyandu, doing custody to mother that breast feed baby for exclusive application success, empowering home page as coral as nutrient to meet the need family nutrient, and also making local regulation for circulatory salt iodized
