    Abstract
    Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk menguji pengaruh marketing communication terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT Indosat, Tbk Kalangan Komunitas IM3 di Kota Jember, untuk menguji pengaruh marketing communication terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT Indosat, Tbk Kalangan Komunitas IM3 di Kota Jember. Untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT Indosat, Tbk Kalangan Komunitas IM3 di Kota Jember.
