PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN PENGENDALIAN INTERN TERHADAP PENERAPAN PRINSIP-PRINSIP GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PADA PERUM BULOG SUB DIVRE JEMBER

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to study and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, internal control and implementation Good Corporate Governance principles toward performance of Perum Bulog Sub Divre Jember. The method of this research is description and explanatory survey. The data collecting was carried out by spreading questionnaires. The technical method of random sampling. The result on this research and hypothesis testing show that : 1) Organizational commitment had positive influence to implementation Good Corporate Governance principles. 2) Internal control had positive influence to implementation Good Corporate Governance principles.
