ANALISIS PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGARAN, EVALUASI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL PADA UNIVERSITAS JEMBER
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyst the influence of participation in composing
budget, evaluation, and compensation toward managerial performance at Jember
University. This is research conduted by managerial lader of Jember University. This
researh there are 4 (four) variable, that is budgeting participation, evaluation, compensation as dependent variable and managerial performance as independent
variable. This research is done by purposive sampling technique with survey method.
Data used in research was obtained fro perceptions of the head of sub division from
administration of the element, wich population were about 40 pesons. This research
use obtained primary data directly through questionnaires. Questionnaires collected
have already passed validity-reliability test wich showing satisfiying result. Data was
processed using Multiple Linier Regretions analysis after tested by Classic Assumption Model. Result shows budgeting participation and compensation have significant effect to managerial performance but evaluation has insignificant effect to managerial performance.
