PENGARUH PRAKTEK MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PTP NUSANTARA XI (PERSERO) PABRIK GULA ASSEMBAGOES
Abstract
Human resources is a very important corporate asset, as it can become a
source of competitive advantage through the creation of corporate value. Strategic
human resource management necessary in carrying out the practices of human
resource management in order to increase the capabilities and expertise of the
company workforce. This is done to create an effective management of human
resources in order to improve organizational performance. Some human resource
management practices including career planning, provision of access to
information, organizational learning, and reward systems that create the structure
of the human resource management system. For that we need some targets
employees in the human resource management practices to shape the attitudes of
the employees in infrastructure that will promote the quality of an organization.
The purpose of this study to identify and analyze the effect of human
resource management practices that consist of career planning, access to technical
information, organizational learning, and the reward system to motivate
employees; identify and analyze the effect of human resource management
practices that consist of career planning, access to technical information ,
organizational learning, and reward systems on employee performance, and the
effect of motivation on employee performance at PG Asembagoes PTPN XI.
The population in this study were all employees at PG Asembagoes
PTPN XI AK & U section, part installation, part warehouse and part or processing
techniques. Engineering samples used in this study is simple random sampling.
The method of analysis is validity, reliability test, and path analysis.
